Madison Longevity

Physician-led longevity and performance medicine with Scott Pearlman, MD.

Live Better. Longer.

The Approach

A different approach to longevity.

Madison Longevity is a personalized medical practice focused on extending healthspan—the years of life spent healthy, active, cognitively sharp, and performing at your best. Led by Scott Pearlman, MD, our approach combines advanced risk assessment, precision diagnostics, preventive medicine, and individualized health optimization to identify potential problems earlier and create a strategy for long-term health.

01

Measure

Choose appropriate diagnostics based on your history, risks, and goals.

02

Interpret

Integrate test results with clinical context, not as isolated numbers.

03

Intervene

Create an individualized plan for your healthspan.

04

Reassess

Monitor what matters and adapt your plan over time.

What we look at

Cardiovascular, metabolic, cognitive, hormonal, and physical health inform a personalized medical strategy—not simply a collection of test results.

Cardiovascular health

Atherosclerotic risk, blood pressure, lipids, ApoB, Lp(a), metabolic health, and appropriate cardiovascular imaging.

Cancer risk and early detection

Individualized screening strategies incorporating personal risk, family history, genetics, conventional screening, and selected advanced detection technologies.

Metabolic health

Glucose regulation, insulin resistance, body composition, visceral adiposity, nutrition, and metabolic performance.

Muscle and physical performance

Strength, lean muscle mass, aerobic capacity, mobility, and exercise programming designed to preserve physical function throughout life.

Brain and cognitive health

Assessment of modifiable risk factors associated with cognitive decline and strategies to preserve long-term neurological health.

Hormonal health

Evidence-informed evaluation and treatment of hormonal factors that may affect health, body composition, energy, sexual health, and performance.

Sleep and recovery

Optimization of sleep quality, recovery, stress, and other factors that influence metabolic, cardiovascular, and cognitive health.

Longevity Programs

A clear path from insight to lasting health.

Initial Longevity Consultation

60–75 minutes

A comprehensive physician consultation for individuals who want a deeper understanding of their current health, future risks, and opportunities for optimization. The consultation can stand alone or serve as the entry point to a more comprehensive Madison Longevity evaluation.

  • Detailed medical, lifestyle, and family-history review
  • Review of existing laboratory, imaging, and health data
  • Identification of key cardiovascular, metabolic, cancer, cognitive, and performance priorities
  • Assessment of current medications, supplements, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and recovery
  • Discussion of appropriate advanced diagnostic testing
  • Initial personalized recommendations and a strategy for next steps

Laboratory testing, imaging, and third-party diagnostic services are not included and are billed separately.

$1,250

Comprehensive Longevity Assessment

Your personalized baseline

Our most comprehensive baseline evaluation. This physician-directed assessment develops a detailed understanding of your current health, identifies potentially modifiable risks, establishes meaningful baseline measurements, and creates a strategy for improving long-term health and performance. Findings are integrated into a physician-developed longevity roadmap.

  • Advanced biomarker analysis
  • Cardiovascular risk assessment and appropriate imaging
  • Body composition, with DEXA or other measurements when appropriate
  • Cardiopulmonary fitness, including VO₂ max and resting metabolic assessment when appropriate
  • Personalized cancer detection strategy
  • Cognitive health assessment
  • Selected genetics and biological-aging assessments when actionable
  • Physician interpretation and longevity roadmap

Laboratory, imaging, genetic, and third-party diagnostic charges are separate from the physician program fee and are billed separately. Testing is individualized and may vary between patients.

Performance

Ongoing longevity & health optimization

An ongoing physician relationship focused on longevity, prevention, and optimization. Measure. Interpret. Intervene. Reassess. Testing is repeated selectively based on clinical need rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule.

  • Scheduled physician longevity reviews and longitudinal biomarker monitoring
  • Cardiovascular and metabolic risk optimization
  • Body composition, exercise, VO₂, nutrition, and metabolic health strategy
  • Sleep and recovery optimization
  • Hormonal evaluation and management when appropriate
  • Medication and nutraceutical optimization
  • Individualized therapeutic strategies and review of new diagnostic information
  • Adjustment of your longevity plan as health and goals evolve
  • Specialist coordination when findings require further evaluation

Performance is longevity medicine—not primary care. It does not replace your primary care physician or cover routine acute illness, urgent concerns, hospital care, or general primary-care management. Laboratory, imaging, medication, genetic, and third-party diagnostic costs are billed separately.

$12,000 annually
